Good Gun for a New Player

I know someone who is trying to get into the game, but doesn't know what model or brand gun he should get. He wants something cheap, reliable and under 200 dollars. I know the price limit is ridiculously low, but he doesn't have very much cash. He likes to play field a wants it have a decent range. Any suggestions?

Alright I will buy it, but i wont have the money for four weeks, can you wait that long or is their other offers?

How come four weeks? Well I haven't put it up on the other sites yet so no offers yet. Any way you could get it sooner perhaps? Or just some of it?

Yeah I could put some of it in earlier and I might be able to do it in three. I could put in fifty by next week. I don't make much money... I need money for other stuff... but I could do it in three if it would be better.
