ok, so based on feedback the following changes will be made:

1. no arm bands, this will be too confusing. camo will stay the norm for team association

2. headshots would be to hard to enforce as a kill, therefore the bleed out time will be shortened to 1 minute and players will only be wounded when shot. medic rule still applies to all players.

3. this will most likely be a registered game to start with until the bugs get worked out.
