This rotund black box of doom is a land mine designed to fire water at decent pressure out of four nozzles on the top side. This version 2
water mine features a larger interior volume for a greater payload. The
four nozzles are adjustable to tweak the blast pattern, the detonation
lasts for about 2-3 seconds so this can be quite important to optimize.
The mine is powered by a single CO2 capsule that is entirely depleted in
a single use which is where the tremendous power comes from.


Its high weight (with water loaded; approximately 1.5kg) and large size
make it best used as a pre-deployed mine buried ahead of time for use as
an area denial device. Although it has the least subtle explosion on an
Airsoft mine we have ever seen, the sound is only water pressure and
spray so the noise is distinct but does not travel far; this makes it
much more difficult to pick out in the fog of war making that much more
effective at taking out hostile targets without his backup knowing about
it till too late.

This thing looks awesome; but, I worry about durability as one of the nozzles broke off during the video from the abuse of detonation leading me to question the life expectancy of an object that likely will be stepped upon during a blitz when the operator is running.

Criticisms aside, of the two I think that the water mine is far better than the powder mine and if $$ permitted would like to have several to deploy as a miniature mine field in strategic locations around the field to brake up well ingrained paths.
