that's our Cimmerian's tow vehicle.
The other thing at the bottom of the picture it the Zephyr insertion boat buried in snow.
After helping the injured, and many narrow brushes with death, our Cimmerian brothers got home safe.

Wow!
As a side note there was a truck trailer that flipped up onto its roof and the doors came open. A car had slid into the trailer and the doors re closed. Caltrans forces found the people inside the truck in their car unharmed.
