I never really remove anyone from the team, but if they don't play for a few months then I remove their name and photo from the roster. I try to keep it real and current. Some places list every player that ever set foot on their field as part of their organization or team, when really it is about 10 people. So I like to under sell and it keeps our list true to who is currently playing.
Once their Corps they have it until they want to leave.
