Life Experineces.
It was hard to put a lot of effort into a team and get nothing in
return... but you live and you learn. It was primary my fault for
expecting ppl to acknowledge the effort being given and expect the same
in return. I decided to step away for a bit a reflect on my failure.
Failure is hard.... this is something that was ingrained into my
brain... Failure is not an option. Being a Former Marine, I always loved
the commodore that a team provides. I had hoped to find… Continue
