Good questions,
Anyone may attend. Youngsters need a parent to sign the waiver.
This is a "mature" field of operators, however this OP is open to the public.
Meaning: There will be other youngsters there also.
We normally only allow operators to use .20 or .25 gram BB's.
Weapons must chrono under 400 FPS with the ammo weight you choose to use.
A weapon chronoing 370 with .20 gram BB's is about right for our field.
Most chrono at 350-380 using .25 gram ammo.
The FPS difference in those ammo weights is approx 30 FPS.
(decreased by the heavier of course)
However, the heavier weight BB has less potential to cause injury at close range than the lighter weight BB fired at close range, using the same weapon. The lighter weight BB will emerge from the muzzle at a higher velocity than the heavier. The heavier carries it's momentum/energy/force to greater distance. (greater accuracy)
If your AEG will chrono under 370 using .28 gram BB's it will pass.
Otherwise we may have to discuss this more.
I cannot allow just anyone/everyone on the field to use a heavier weight BB and keep the FPS limit at 400 or less.
Hopefully I have communicated this well. All in the sake of safety.
We generally use Midland or the "cheaper" style with sub-channels.
Most are compatible.

I use Midland LXT340, but any Midland will work.
