Thank you Edric for running the games I had a great time for the ones I got to play!!!  Would love to see some of the pics did you get some good ones?

Hi Jared, as my friends stated below, you described a VC/NVA uniform. And while I can appreciate your enthusiasm for playing on the US team, I am afraid that I can't bend the uniform rules. Quite simply, you would not have a good time wearing your loadout on the US side. Most of your team would probably shoot at you, while the opposing team would get rather angry that you shot them.

Additionally, while this is not a scripted op, we are going for a general theme and feel for this event so we want to try and stay as consistent as possible in the team looks. That said, have no fear, there will be no favored side or scripted winner. I plan on dragging both teams through the mud. After all, I need to make sure everyone is hungry for hamburgers!

Phoenix, acknowledged.

I am going to go ahead and chime in and say no. With the colors you have will put you on the vc side. Boonie hat or not. Unless they decided to allow it tomorrow plan on being on the vc side.

What if I wear the boonie hat with it?

Jared: While this is not official, I would think that what you described would be closer to the VC uniform requirements than the US. (black and tan, not OD or tiger stripe)

I'm out with equipment issues and no money to fix them.

I have a question, would it be ok if I wore a desert digital BDU under a black tactical vest and still be on the us forces team. I will be wearing a boonie hat with it.

Looking forward to being there.  Planning to bring a friend as well.

This event will be run similar to our Mission Day events, however operators are requested to wear a VC or US loadout. The missions will have some continuity, but will not have the detail of an 'operations' style event. We ask operators to come with a good attitude, and expectations for a great end of the year event!

We will be serving hamburgers, chips and sodas for the lunch break. ($5)

We also will have a sendoff for another of our operators who is joining the armed forces! Our very best to Ziggy as he prepares to go to boot!
