 ts of an elite National Security Agency sanctioned deep-cover paramili
 tary unit (Shadow). Against a highly secret EU paramilitary organizati
 on (Europa). The OP will be divided into 4 evolutions with a combat ch

 O:  In a joint venture code-named Project Echelon, the major Western g
 overnments are working together to spy on each others citizens and tra
 de the data with other countries in the project. It is illegal for any
  of these countries to wiretap and use other means of electronic espio
 nage against their own citizens without a warrant, but countries can s
 py on the citizens of other countries with no such legal restrictions.
   But sometimes those cooperative allies were also targets. In mid-Jun
 e, a special investigative committee reported to the European Parliame
 nt that Echelon was fact, not fiction. The conclusion came after a stu
 dy was undertaken to review allegations that Echelon was intercepting 
 private and commercial communications, mainly via satellite, for Ameri
 can industrial espionage purposes. The committee could not substantiat
 e that the United States was utilizing Echelon to the disadvantage of 
 European businesses. Nonetheless, steps were taken by the European Uni
 on to block the intrusive nature of Echelon.  Under concurrent global 
 political conditions the appearance of discord among the western power
 s is unacceptable to all concerned. But the conflict exists. Within th
 e European Union a highly secret paramilitary organization (Europa) ha
 s been tasked to locate and capture solid evidence of the Echelon misu
 se. In a recent satellite mishap, an Echelon Satellite Downlink Unit (
 SDU) crashed in the forests of northern Alberta, Canada. The Data-core
 s of the crashed device (SDU) contained the evidence Europa was seekin
 g . The SDU debris has been localized but many pieces of the SDU area 
 scattered over a 2 square mile debris field. The US government's 153_s
 pecial_strike_force [Shadow] has been put on full alert and must retri
 eve this SDU before the Europa team can reach it and expose the sensit
 ive data contained inside. Condition at the crash site were mountainou
 s, rugged forest. Frequent snow storms hamper efforts to locate the SD
 U. Ground teams have been inserted by both sides to locate and recover
  the SDU, and transport them to an LZ. Both teams operate with orders 
 to eliminate any opposition with extreme prejudice.   Operations Inclu
