does anyone know of some good camping areas in browns valley, were trying to keep this trip cheap so please help us out

kirk and i will probably be camping the 11th and 12th some where around grass valley so we dont have to go back and forth from tahoe all weekend but we are going to attend both games so expect us to be there.

AEGs will be rented for $15 (call now to reserve on a limited number )

Gun Safety
All guns must have a barrel blocking device
FPS limits ALL gun will be chronograph
AEGs .20 BBs 400 FPS min engagement distance 20’
Pistols .20 BBs 300 FPS min engagement distance 5’ (must be used inside buildings and bunkers)
Sniper rifles .20 BBs 500 FPS min engagement distance 100’ (semi fire only)
Grenades will be allowed (must be approved by field ref)

BBs; Field BB only
All bbs used have to be BIOVAL TECHNOLOGIES, BIODEGRADABLE.
No white BBs while be allowed. Anyone caught using white BBs will be asked to leave the field.
Why: We are located inside the Levee system next to the Feather River. California Department of Fish and Game requested us to use BBs that were APPROVED biodegradable BBs. They also requested that we do not use white BBs. We will require you to purchase the BBs from us to guarantee they are the right ones. If you do not use all your BBs during the same day as purchased you can bring them back the next time you play. I hope you can respect our reasons for being a field BB only location. We will do our best at keeping the prices low.

Battery chargers, cost is free
You bring your charger and we will provide the power for free. We will not have chargers on site so make sure you bring yours.

sounds a little odd, i personally work with cal fish and game as a part of my job up in tahoe and the only thing i can think of why they would get invovled is maybe waterfowl migration/ nesting, or if the ammo being toxic with animals eating them, im always interested in playing at new fields but $35 seems steep so if its a magical time and worth the money let me know and i will attend the next meet you guys go to

Alright you panzies! Buck up and pay the fee! Do we need to call R. Lee Ermey! Maybe you need to spend less on your "super" Classic Army guns and get an Echo 1 or G&G. (tricked out, still cheaper) Just Kidding. Really I am... I know Red Dog and I would appreciate a "level" playing field!

I like the terrain and foliage. I think I can mentally justify $20/day for the field, but I'm still sketchy on the bb issue. I did read that they run something for paintball and I have heard of paintball fields requiring users use their in house paintball stock, and I think that's for both color and performance continuity and safety.
