 actice ideas and actions which will allow operators to understand thei
 r role as a member of a team, and to have an understanding on how to d
 irect that team best utilizing those abilities in the field.\nWe train
  to:\nEstablish and improve the capabilities of operators in their res
 pective roles as part of a team.\nand\nTeach the basic information and
  training in techniques necessary to be an effective operator.\n\nMost
  team actions fail due to lack of teamwork, organization, leadership, 
 trust, understanding, and practice.\nThe majority of failure is due to
  leadership arriving late or being non-existent. Training leadership w
