  Drake’s field! Many have asked when the next one will be held, and 
 this was the soonest available opportunity of the new year.\n \nCome 
 out and join us on Saturday, February 27th!\nArrive by 0900.\n \nMost
  team actions fail due to lack of teamwork, organization, leadership, 
 trust, understanding, and practice. The majority of failure is due to 
 leadership arriving late or non-existent.\nTraining leadership will cr
 eate better operators.\n \nThe instruction and drills are designed to
  introduce and practice ideas and actions which will allow:\n\nOperato
 rs: Understand your role as a member of a team.\nTeam Leaders: Have an
  understanding on how to direct your team and best utilize your team i
 n the field.\n4-man Fire-Teams practice.\n\n \nWe intend to establish
  and improve the capabilities of operators. The instruction attempts t
 o teach the basic information and training in techniques necessary to 
 be an effective operator.\n \nTraining Day does not include push-ups
