This is a great shot. It is hard to tell where the enemy might be. The guy in the trenches is ready to engage to the left. The guy entering the trenches, (assumed friendly to the one in the trench), appears to be jumping in and will be ready to take cover from the right. Perhaps they are surrounded? Perhaps they are not friendlies? Hmmm.
