Operators will need to know if there are amenities such as restrooms, water, food, power, is there parking, are Bios required, what are the FPS limits, and rules?

Who is hosting this event?

Lastly, before they make a 1 hour drive, operators will want to know what type of event is it going to be? Mil-Sim? Force on Force, Capture the Flag? Sometimes they like to know how many people have attended this event prior, or has it been run before?

Are there uniform distinctions? Or can they wear jeans and a hoodie?
