Training Day February 27th 2016

Our Training Days have been a popular venue at Drake’s field! Many have asked when the next one will be held, and this was the soonest available opportunity of the new year.

Come out and join us on Saturday, February 27^th!

Arrive by 0900.

Most team actions fail due to lack of teamwork, organization, leadership, trust, understanding, and practice. The majority of failure is due to leadership arriving late or non-existent.

Training leadership will create better operators.

The instruction and drills are designed to introduce and practice ideas and actions which will allow:

• Operators: Understand your role as a member of a team.
• Team Leaders: Have an understanding on how to direct your team and best utilize your team in the field.
• 4-man Fire-Teams practice.

We intend to establish and improve the capabilities of operators. The instruction attempts to teach the basic information and training in techniques necessary to be an effective operator.

Training Day does not include push-ups or calisthenics of any kind. Do that on your own time.
