BATTLEGROUND

Airsoft in the YubaCity / Marysville area.

Has anyone thought about doing this? has anyone actually done this? It looks and sounds fun. Might be a fun thing to try out the mil-sim team. Good reviews from operators.

I'm not sure if they do their own events or if teams like Diamond Corps can schedule a day on their field. Might be worth looking into?

I have heard some things about this place. And I am still up for going.
What do you say troops?
I heard it is about an hour away, is that right?
Who hosts this field?
Or do you just show up any Saturday?
Are there FPS or engagement limits?
Sounds like just the place for Tornado's. Heh.
I would think we should hit this with no less than eight operators. Suggestions by those who know?
Jeff Haut, what can you tell us?
How about some intel Phoenix?

"Always figure out how you are going to win, then go to battle!"
The website is www.cqbchalleng.com

I don't know how the games are ran, wanted to see if there was sufficient interest.

Its $30 field fee and bios only. Max FPS is 400 with 20's. Break the bio or fps rule means a perma-ban from the field.

I need to look where its exactly at but it is in the bay area, so roughly 90mins from Sacramento.

Will send an e-mail to the guys who run the field and get more info
Ok grabbed a little more info off the website:

They advertise: Roundhouse is committed to providing the Northern California airsoft community with innovative, story-driven scenario games that are fun and dramatic. So I'm wondering if that's that all they do; no private games/non event days. Don't think that's a problem per se, but I still sent a request for more info.

Second: This former base is located just outside Monterey, CA. This pushes the travel time to closer to 2hrs. Definitely a carpool trip.
Hey Phoenix how about a contact e-mail for the admin?

I am trying to compile intel on this site:

"Sean and Alex have the best scenarios and they always change. The people there are great and all very skilled players. Since this is an 18+ age group people are more mature. They keep the field in great shape and the mix of outdoor and indoor is great."

"Sean, Alex and crew come up with are always evolving. Props, objectives and people acting to fill roles within the given scenario give some serious realism and add a whole new dimension of fun to the games that are hosted."

Games are usually $30 for a day from 9:30AM to 4:30PM.
Field FPS for an AEG is 400
Sealed goggles are REQUIRED for eye protection. (No exceptions)
BB's must be BIO or you'll get the boot. Are available for $15 per bag of 4000rds.
And Phoenix reports it is approx. 2hrs away.

It seems this field opperates on planned events. I say lets watch out for the next available event.

September, 3rd Saturday the 19th- Cimmerians OP: SHEPHERD SABRE

Some things on the Calendar can be moved, others can't. Find me a Date/Time.
