BATTLEGROUND

Airsoft in the YubaCity / Marysville area.

Here's a question for Dr. Airsoft and the more experienced players. I've been playing for quite some time now, and I am still using the $3 Home Depot plastic safety glasses I started with. I'm looking to upgrade to a new, better set of eye protection, but I want something that looks authentic to that of a real soldier. I also want something that offers good cheek weld and use of iron sights, so a full face mask is out. Oh, and while I'm at it I'd like to avoid breaking the bank (again!).

What are my options?

Here is their disclaimer:
This is a shooting goggle not designed for Airsoft gaming use.
Mesh goggles are airsoft use exclusive masks with the excellent features of absolutely no fogging used by Airsoft players all around the world.
Designed for target shooting practice of Airsoft guns only.
This mask alone is not "full sealed" and cannot be used for games with bio bb, poor quality bbs.

"BUGZ" MESH GOGGLES: $22.00

Popular for sawyers, chippers, or heavy duty equipment operators. BUGZ goggles are made of stainless steel mesh for durability and protection. Anatomical fit for comfort and safety. BUGZ is a protective goggle, but DOES NOT pass ANSI Z.87 standards for safety goggles.

In the woods, BUGZ protect the workers' eyes from flying debris due to chainsaws, chippers or heavy equipment.

The revolutionary BUGZ goggle combines tough polycarbonate foam with a steel mesh lens that protects the eyes effectively without fogging. The molded polycarbonate frame is constructed to match the bone structure of the face. This provides a comfortable goggle, that gives a complete seal and can be worn comfortably for hours. The lenses are made of stainless steel, rust resistant mesh. Steel Mesh allows the worker excellent vision without the threat of fogging. Plus, it allows better air circulation for a cooler working environment.

Matrix Metal Mesh Lower Half Mask: $15.00

Achieve full face protection with most Full Seal Goggles and other similar size eye goggles.
Provides Cheek, nose and mouth lower face protection. (You can get the same style mask with ear protection).
Airy: Great air ventilation. Breath without difficulties.
