I am thinking about doing another pistol competition this year and I dont have a date set yet but give me your thoughts on a few things.
-What month you would like to do it?
-Prizes or no prizes(prizes mean an entry fee, no prizes means no entry and just have fun and bragging rights but nothing for the winners)
-If prizes, small entry fee $5? and just do small stuff like bb's, gas, gear, etc. or $10 and do a gun again.
If I do it again I dont have any problem doing another gun but I need your input so I dont end up bringing something worth $200 and only have 8 people participate. I can also try to do 1st, 2nd, 3rd prizes and maybe a best overall time prize. So lets hear what you think.

I'm all for a $10 entry fee with a pistol prize. I like the sound of August too, August or July. Last competition was great.
I think another pistol competition is a great idea, however it would be nice if the judging/timing system was a little more accurate. Having the participant call out when they are done isn't really an accurate marking of if they have actually completed the run, not to accuse anyone of cheating by any means. I would be more than happy to help develop/fabricate a falling target system to help make the competition a little more realistic, that way when the last target has fallen the time keeper/judge will be able to mark exactly when the participant has completed their run. Let me know what you think.
Perhaps prizes could be donations form some of out veteran techs perhaps? Some parts or some bench time? I would be willing to donate one of the knives I have made, also The time frame and price and format is completely ok although I will agree with Jeff judging accurately would be important to me.
