Event Description
We have had several requests to post our field build days, and most of the time we can use the extra hands.
Please arrive after 0800 with gloves and coffee in hand.
We have fun and work until were done. No problem if you need to leave early. You might get dirty. You might get fed.
If you have a hammer or cordless tools please bring them.
Material donations are always appreciated.
Needed: Currently we are in need of 2x4's and 4x4's. Bags of concrete are good as well. 1 1/2" screws maybe?
Note: Please do not bring out rotten wood or other garbage. The field is not a dumping ground. Ask if you have any question about what might be usable material.

Ok, folks are asking what materials we need. Looks like we are going to need 2x4s. 10ft long is preferable, but we take what we can get. As Chris mentioned, please don't bring rotten wood.
On another note, is there anyone with a truck willing to help me with some 50 gallon drums? Empty of course.

Have hammer, cordless drill and sawzall. Anything else you can thik of? Did we get any fencing material?

Gloves, and clothes you don't mind getting dirty. Perhaps a change of clothes for the ride home?

Aside from lumber, we need cement, OD paint, roofing materials, etc...
As far as what to bring? It is never a bad idea to bring your own tools and gloves. Digging implements are also a smart idea.
On another note, I am starting a collection for the purchase of building materials to be delivered to the field for this build day. I am looking for at least 250 bucks for fence and other building materials. I will be available to take donations on the Training Day. It's a great option for those who want to help but can't make it out for build day.

This will likely be the earliest date I can even make it out to the field. With Luck, I'll have my SSN by next week, and green card soon too. Bureaucratic paperwork takes time unfortunately, but I figure the build day would be a good chance to lend a hand and meet and greet and such.
