Event Description

This event is currently open to all operators.

We will begin at 0900, please arrive by 0830 (coffee in hand).

Training Day does not include push-ups or calisthenics of any kind. Do that on your own time.

The instruction and drills are designed to introduce and practice ideas and actions which will allow operators to understand their role as a member of a team, and to have an understanding on how to direct that team best utilizing those abilities in the field.

We train to:

Establish and improve the capabilities of operators in their respective roles as part of a team.

and

Teach the basic information and training in techniques necessary to be an effective operator.

Most team actions fail due to lack of teamwork, organization, leadership, trust, understanding, and practice.

The majority of failure is due to leadership arriving late or being non-existent. Training leadership will create better operators.

Interested operators should RSVP.

Had a great day today and a pretty good turnout, Thanks to everyone for the useful tips and constructive criticism. I do have to ask again, Seth where do I find the badgers?

Blazed: Yea, bring your standard kit including AEG.

Joeseph: We will train Airsoft operators in the basics they all should know, but for some reason never bothered to learn. Simple things to help you and you team perform better and more efficiently. Moving, shooting, communicating, and much, much more. If you can remember half of what your shown, you will do better your next day on the field.
After training we will be on the field using what we learned, and having fun.
See you there!

Practice how you play, because training is only half the day.

Joseph: we usually do drills, squad formations, ambushes and things along those lines. we also go over "our" hand signals (every team, even squads within a team use different hand signals.) there is also fast mag we usually cover. its basics for any airsofter.

what are the things you do on training day??? do you work on the field, drill, shoot-em-up?????? What do you do?

Hey guys and gals! Training day is generally free, but I am taking a collection up to help finish out the village. We are looking for at least 250 bucks. That's just 25 people bringing 10 bucks each. This is a great way to help out on a build day if you can't make it.

What will this be going to? Well, we need about 100 feet of fencing to complete the village. There is a local hardware store that is selling fence boards at 99 cents each. So between materials and delivery, we should be looking at 250 bucks.
