I always enjoy sneaking up behind someone, gently tapping them on the shoulder, and softly whispering in their ear: "Bang"

I've only done that once or twice.

At OP: Phoenix, I declined two bang kills for distance. The other operator was confused by my decision, but I made it because in both cases they were far enough away from me that I felt I could take the hit if necessary and they were also to my front, not clearly getting the drop on me making, in my mind a parley call the better choice (one that I might have taken). Later on in the day I found myself in the reverse position and made the parley call. I usually use my bang kills to silently remove an enemy or those rare instances where my enemy has suddenly popped up way to close to shoot and I've been slightly startled.

personally i would rather recieve a bang kill at close ranges. it shows operator control  that they have the drop on you and that they could have shot you. but they rather wouldn't. thank you for making a podcast about this subject not too many people know about this especially new players. i find that bang kills are a respectful way to "kill" an opponent. now i do agree with the one vs. ten bang kill that would probably not happen in real life and in the video the person bang killing only said bang about 4 times. usually we say bang or bang bang to simulate on dead person and we say it clearly. and normally we do not bang kill multiple people at once.
