Date: MAY 20th Night OP to MAY 22nd Noon, 2011

Location: North of Reno NV - 30 miles.

Genre: MODERN (ish)

BLUEFOR: Any Desert Cammo - ACU, DMarpat, and Multicam prefered.

OPFOR: OD Green or local Tribal Garb.

Corps Uniforms: Not many of us have DIGI's, so I will get a better idea of tribal and post them below.

Be equipped and ready to carry your food, water, ammunition, death rag, compass, and radio.

Seems like every time only a few can make it, the event ends up being really great.

This time 15 guys from the '44 infantry' are going up to face the Cimmerians. They have "pulled out all the stops" and even added some pyrotechnics! I will try and bring back some pics and video.

Operations will include -
- Counter insurgency raids for HVTs
- Downed aircraft CSAR
- Counter IED OPs
- Convoy duty in hostile terrain
- Relief of besieged OP

This Cimmerian OP is a 3 day OP with Night evolution on Friday Night and Morning EVO on Sunday. Operators must be completely self sufficient for food water and shelter.

Comment by Komissar on May 18, 2011 at 2:08pm: I figured we would go in OPFOR uniforms. If you have any OD (Olive Drab color) Pants and the the Woodland Shirt maybe? Or just Woodland if that's what you have. Kate and I don't have the ACU, but we could go in desert camo if you would rather.

Do you have a shemagh or two? They help with the tribal look for the OPFOR side.
