CIMMERIAN OP: PANTHER CLAW
14th May to 15th May 2010
Genre : Modern
Operation Panther Claw , was a British-led NATO operation of the War in Afghanistan in Helmand Province on Feb 2010. op PC was a series of "find, fix, strike" raids by four-man SAS teams and U.S. Navy SEALS day and night. These resulted in the deaths of 50 Taliban leaders in the heart of the insurgency. NATO forces used focused intel techniques to find, fix and destroy enemy targets with minimal collateral damage. This Cimmerian OP will focus on desert recon and direct action missions. OPFOR will engage in counter-force operations. As always in the desert the Cimmerians will build an FOB to run operations out of.
DIAMOND CORPS OPERATORS:
I would like to put together a fire-team or two for this OP.
Looking for some commitment from the team.
Uniform - Woodland with any cover / shemagh.
Arrival for the Saturday part of the event would be fine.
Expect the OP to begin at 0800, and run until 1700.
We could always use one more opportunity to practice.
Include: Water, food, radio, ammo, batteries.

oh yeah im sure it'll be off the cheesy!!! Im gonna do what I can to make it don't believe there is any reason I can't but put maybe just in case. Ill let you know asap when Im a 100% sure I can.

Looks like it's a one day OP gents. Will end around 1700 on Saturday.
The roster has an amazing 20+ people on it!

Friday the 14th: Arrive, Prep, Camp. No OPs
Saturday the 15th: 0800 begins the Day OPs.
Not sure if they are doing the 24 hour over this night. I will find out!
We could then choose to exfile.
Sunday the 16th: If it's a 24 hour then the OP continues until 1600.

i would love to go im sorta confused on the day when it starts and when you guys are going and such but ive got amanda's senior ball on that saturday so i don't think ill be able to make it wish i could be there
