A note of clarification: Do not "complete" your uniforms of any kind, by keeping or adding nameplates and real service branch plates. Complete, as it pertains to this OP means pants, jacket and cover (hat) appropriate to what you would expect from the US Military. Federal law prohibits wearing complete complete uniforms.

Also, in case it confused anyone: The military is phasing out certain uniforms in favor of their newer counterparts. All uniform restrictions apply to this OP only.

Most of our events are held on the second Saturday of the month, however due to schedule resolution it will be moved to Saturday, October 15th.

I sometimes put too much thought into things, this one seemed reasonable to over indulge into. No matter who shows up in whatever uniform they will have a home and hopefully a good time.

Thank you for the description. There should be no reason for error at this point. Clear and easily identifiable.

If its full US style (pants, shirt and cover), including US style Tiger Stripe and full 3 color desert BDUs, operators can expect to be on the US team. They will be assigned to either a Ranger group, USMC Expeditionary/Force Recon group, and depending on uniform representation, USAF Combat Controller Team.

If the uniform is a foreign pattern, partial uniform (what I refer to as "contractor" wear: camo pants, black t-shirt), any old style BDU(woodland, desert, tiger stripe) with a shemagh or no cover, 6 Color (aka chocolate chip) sands full, partial or with shemagh, or OD (full, partial or with shemagh) then the operator can expect to be an OPFOR team member.

The reason for these uniform standards is to both make the US team appear to be a real US joint task force and to make the OPFOR appear more "rag tag" It also allows for fast team balancing since in the case of the woodland all you need to do is switch a hat for shemagh. The uniform standards were also created to lessen team confusion.

to summarize quickly: If you think your uniform conforms to current (or current to the style since woodland and I'm sure 3 color desert are being phased out) US regulations, that's your team. If you are in violation, you are the enemy.
