If your going to play, you must have a weapon. It doesn’t mean you must have the best, but an affordable AEG (Automatic Electric Gun) is a good start. I personally recommend getting one from a retail store that specializes in Airsoft. A good retailer will not only be informative, but will also warranty their goods. If you have any mechanical issues, you want someone who can fix them, not just sell them. Be sure you include the battery, charging system, and ammunition.
A full face mask is a wise choice, although many choose to go with Airsoft goggles.
Lastly, is your BDU’s (Battle Dress Uniform). Woodland is a nice all season camouflage, and has been used by the U.S. for over 40 years. It is likely the cheapest and easiest to come by. The blends of greens, tan, brown, and black in ameba patterning make it versatile in most every type of outdoor terrain. Whichever you choose, get yourself covered. If your not wearing camos you might as well wear neon.
Note: This was one of our first posts on the Diamond Corps website. It is intended to inform people new to Airsoft that camouflage will greatly enhance their Airsoft experience. If you dont believe me just look at the picture.
