Gas Masks

so seth ben and myself have been discussing about getting some gas masks. i am currently watching about 5 british S10 gas masks. i think these would be a good gas mask for the team because the are ambi friendly and they look pretty shaweet and have the same look to many other types of gas mask and are reasonably priced with filter and bag. ideas and orders please post on this discussion

I will say this much: I've seen those shot at with real bb guns, and they do NOT stand up in the eye department. If you get them try them out before you play. That being said if one could make them safe for airsoft I would LOVE something that small and simple to use... Just not in summer lol.

i have seen similar gas masks take a hit from a paintball and also an airsoft guy that was shooting 380 with .25g at about 10 ft. and nothing wrong with it

im not saying nolan that your test is faulty im saying that i may have been a different gas mask these are the british types but i do know a few russian ones that had the same results that you have gotten

Yeah, that mask does look a lot more durable than the one I was thinking of, I'm just saying it's probably a good idea to test it just in case.

oh of course i btotally agree i make sure the eye protection i have is tried and true

got my gas mask a couple of weeks ago and tested it with a 420fps bolt action and the lense didn't shatter

i have a friend who has a gas mask. i was considering buying or borrowing it. i would, as mentioned above, have to test the eye protection. and stuff like that is great for the psychological part of war. having a grenade helps too.

yes since i have purchased the gas mask its been tested and i am currently working on gas grenades it will be a while
