BRIEFING:
Airsoft reenactment of one engagement in the Second Chechen War. Heavy fighting accompanied by a massive shelling and bombing continued through the winter of 2000 in the areas around Vedeno , where the fighting involving Russian paratroopers raged. The battle for a key bridge across the ARGUN river. Cutting off supplies for Russian paratroops. A Russian helo was downed in the battle and rescue was required.

OPERATIONS:
-Securing strong points
-Demolition of bridge structure
-Rescue operation and evacuation from Helo crash site

The scenario will invlove using military vehicles to carry out the missions.

LOAD OUT:
BLUEFOR - Modern Camo and kit for
REDFOR - OD or classic woodland/OD combo.

Diamond Corps will go as REDFOR in standard Woodland.
Be prepared for cold weather.
Good boots recommended.
Small snowshoes suggested.
FRS Radios are always useful.

The OP will be divided into 4 evolutions with a combat chow break mid-day in the field. Make sure you carry food and water.

AO will be pretty cold [32defF] with possible snow on the ground by this date. Recon camp will be operational.
