This event is hosted by the Cimmerians.
You must be registered on the Cimmerian site and be at least 18 years old or 15+ and a guest of a Cimmerian. Operators age 16+ only need be attended by a registered adult. NOTE: The 'minor' will be a shadow to the registered adult operator. The will need to be with you at all times.

U.S. SOF: ACU
LRA Guerrillas: Woodland BDU. Please include a Shemagh and Cap/Boonie of some type. (Your rebels after all!)
Operators will need to carry their food, water, ammunition, death rag, and compass, for field operations.
Be prepared. Be responsible.
Get your camping gear and dinner together for the over-nighter!

July 2nd attempted Cimmerian SteelStorm AO Recon:
Civilian 2 wheel drive Honda reconnaissance discontinued due to abundant white fluffy stuff obstructing the roadway.
Additional recon by foot continued until vast amounts of saturated earth presented an obstacle.
Continued perseverance allowed access to a location still 2 miles from the AO. Next attempt will include the use of a 4wd, and a dedicated DC team.
It was previously unknown that it snowed here in Uganda, however it is not at all unpleasant. The weather is cool and the landscape beautiful.
It does not take a 4wd to get to the AO when there is no snow, however having a bit of clearance helps. Our Honda can make it everywhere I have seen so far. I will have more pictures for you after my next attempt.

Bluewolf: We have a 5 man tent, lantern, sleeping bags. We should be good. We will have room for a couple 'guests'. I think having your tent as well would be nice if you don't mind bringing it. And bring your comfort gear too! I haven't figured out the Friday dinner menu yet, . . . Kate says the BBQ would be nice.
