Despite the fact that I'll be using a box mag and using it as support, I don't plan to hold the trigger down for longer than 1.5 - 2 seconds. The box mag has a short spring so it needs winding like a regular hi-cap.

Max: A quick injury run down of me at airsoft: Ran towards Gama, was off balance from the get go, chose to beef it then try and recover, fail and break my gun. Shredded my arm doing so. A half dozen trip-fall-recover like I mean to do that. My infamous base jump gone bad and then last game. I'm accident prone and not all that graceful. I'll be alive next game like always but no guarantee I won't have a story to tell :)

Hey Max, I hope they at least allow you to carry your AEG while you run in camo, since your missing out on Airsoft!

And you had better WIN!

Yeah I remember you falling but I just didn't know what had actually happened to it. Its a good thing it's all fixed up now though!! And sadly, I will not be able to make this event. Hope you guys have a great time and Phoenix.......don't eat crap again!!

My SAW is up as well. The spring which holds the Inner barrel to the hop up unit was not installed at last maintenance. Spring installed. Suppression enabled.

Glad to hear your AEG is up and running. As you know, using your AEG as a SAW can put an incredible amount of unneeded wear and tear on it. And if your not, then Hi-caps will do the job.

Either way, I am looking forward to seeing you guys on Saturday. It will be good!

I want a SAW. this is the cheap-cheap saw till I can afford the real deal.

Remember when I beefed it when we both ran our box mags? The spring guide broke (it was composit or ABS plastic) and floated through the guide box destroying the gear set. I replaced the gears, spring guide (brass now) and the cylinder. should be a little higher FPS due to better compression. We'll see. Ricochette did the repairs and I haven't gotten to play with it yet. Saturday will be the first time I've handled it since.
